The Service Center is assistance offered by AtomX System.
AtomX provides you with their team of ServiceNow experts, and their knowledge of your environment and projects, in order to optimize the daily exploitation of your platform : technical and functional assistance, online training, best practice and follow-up support.
The Service Center suggests packages of 30, 50, or 100 hours. Usage of the hours will be calculated based on the type of request and the time spent completing the request.
The Service Center is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (UTC+1), Monday through Friday – except holidays in France*

Based on the urgency and complexity of your request, we will decide on a deadline together.
On average, 80% of requests are processed in less than a day.
*This response time is guaranteed as long as the message is sent during our opening hours. If this criteria is not met, the request will be processed as soon as we open our offices.
